How the process works
We start with an on-site consultation, then develop a design and a detailed, line-item scope so you know exactly what is included. Once approved, Cocell schedules and supervises the licensed mechanical subcontractor through final inspection, with written change orders before any added work and weekly progress updates with photos. We work across Fairfax County, Arlington, Alexandria, Loudoun, and Prince William.

Do you replace whole systems or just repair?
We take on installations, replacements, and system work as part of design-build projects, sized with proper load calculations. We are not a repair-call service.
Can you add HVAC to an addition or finished basement?
Yes. New zones and ductwork for additions and below-grade spaces are coordinated with the rest of the build.
Are permits included?
Yes. Cocell manages permitting and inspections in Virginia. The mechanical permit is pulled by the licensed HVAC subcontractor under its own trade licence, and we coordinate the inspection against the rest of the schedule.
Is Cocell an HVAC contractor?
Cocell is a Virginia Class A general contractor, licence #2705190343. We hold the contract for the whole project, mechanical scope included. The HVAC installation itself is performed by a licensed Virginia mechanical subcontractor under our prime contract, and Cocell answers for the result.
