Cocell Contracting installs, relocates, and extends gas lines as part of remodels and appliance work — ranges, cooktops, water heaters, and outdoor lines — permitted, pressure-tested, and inspected by in-house crews.
Adding a gas range, moving a cooktop, converting from electric, or running a line to an outdoor kitchen all require correctly sized lines, proper materials, pressure testing, and inspection. This is safety-critical work with strict code requirements. Because gas is handled by our in-house licensed crews, it is coordinated with the rest of your remodel and always permitted and tested.
We start with an on-site consultation, then develop a design and a detailed, line-item scope so you know exactly what is included. Once approved, our own crews handle the work through final inspection, with written change orders before any added work and weekly progress updates with photos.
