From waterproofing and tile to the plumbing and electrical behind the walls, Cocell Contracting builds complete bathroom remodels across Northern Virginia — one prime contract under Virginia Class A licence #2705190343, permitted and inspected work, and licensed trade subcontractors on the parts you never see.
A bathroom is the most plumbing- and moisture-intensive room in a home. Relocating a toilet, adding a curbless shower, or moving a vanity means new supply and drain lines, proper slope, and waterproofing that has to be right the first time, because the only way to fix it later is to take the tile back off. Ventilation and GFCI-protected circuits are code-critical. The plumbing and electrical are installed by licensed Virginia specialty subcontractors under our contract, and we hold the rough-in inspection before anything gets closed up.
We start with an on-site consultation, then develop a design and a detailed, line-item scope so you know exactly what is included. Once approved, we run the job through final inspection under our own supervision, with our licensed trade subcontractors on the mechanical work, written change orders before anything is added, and weekly progress updates with photos.
Yes. It is one of our most common requests. It means moving the drain, setting the slope, and building a waterproofing system — the plumbing by a licensed subcontractor under our contract, the pan and tile built and checked under our supervision.
Yes. We file and manage the building permit and run the inspection schedule with your Virginia county or city — Fairfax County, Arlington, Alexandria, Loudoun, and Prince William. The plumbing and electrical trade permits are pulled by the specialty subcontractor under its own Virginia licence.
Most bathroom remodels take a few weeks depending on scope and material lead times. You get a schedule with your proposal.
